Floor 21 tower B has a stink rubbish smell all the time, complaint to staff so many time but they send somebody spray perfume in the area and which only worked for 2 hours and again the same smell. Hopefully they will fix it permanently .

We had a great stay. The property was a little worn in places but it was kept very clean. We found the food ordering a bit confusing at first but it was smooth sailing once we got the hang of it. Our son adored all of the play options and took full advantage of them all.

I liked that tram was right next to it the hotel, was convenient to go shopping the room I stayed had a nice view of some parts of the beach, Staff were friendly welcoming and helpful, 5 to 10min walk close to beach, restaurants and cafes. Breakfast was average the variety of the basics it was convenient to have and go to our daily activities

Our room was not cleaned. When requested later in the day at 1pm, it was still not cleaned. A further request was made at 5.30pm and the bed was made but the rest of the room was not cleaned. No towels, bins full. After requesting a 4th time we were told that housekeeping finishes at 2.30pm.
