The fire alarm went off at 12am. No one came to get us from outside when we stood outside for 20 mins. When we reported it the next morning the gentlemen basically dismissed us and didnt care.

Check in was easy. Friendly staff. Clean, comfortable room with the usual amenities. Close to the Public Market, Pabst Theater and bars that offer shuttle service to American Family Field. A complementary breakfast would have been nice.

Beautiful history property that has been wonderfully maintained. Front desk staff were welcoming and pleasant. The valet staff was not helpful at check-in and didn't even open the door for us as we tried to pull our luggage through the entrance doors with pouring rain. The valet at check-out was absolutely wonderful and even loaded our luggage into my car. The room was spacious and very quiet even though we were located immediately off the elevators. I would definitely stay there again!

Its a beautiful building. Location is convenient. The only issues i had was that the room next door had a dog that was crying most of the night, i guess he was lonely. And when i checked in the receptionist didnt acknowledge me, he acknowledge a difference patron even though i had been standing there waiting for a few minutes.
