I enjoyed my brief stay. However the late checkin, which required me phoning a third party was overly complicated and also neglectful and stressful at the same time… once I finally got the key the guy didn’t even pass on extra checkin info to me - like that my room was situated in a completely different building … so I had to phone back again. … I still have not received any info by email outlining any of this process … I found it unusual that I required to give my credit card detail (and ID) to an unknown third party over the phone - I was told that they do this for 1000 hotels, but when I asked for a chain name, they said they could not give me one name… I’m grateful for the reasonable price but it shouldn’t have to be this hard
