I enjoyed my brief stay. However the late checkin, which required me phoning a third party was overly complicated and also neglectful and stressful at the same time… once I finally got the key the guy didn’t even pass on extra checkin info to me - like that my room was situated in a completely different building … so I had to phone back again. … I still have not received any info by email outlining any of this process … I found it unusual that I required to give my credit card detail (and ID) to an unknown third party over the phone - I was told that they do this for 1000 hotels, but when I asked for a chain name, they said they could not give me one name… I’m grateful for the reasonable price but it shouldn’t have to be this hard

We have stayed here before, this time in the middle building, great location, Few things let the stay down. 1. No air-con in the 2nd bedroom, fine at this time of year with ceiling fan but you would swelter in summer. The previous unit we were in had air con in both rooms so ask the question when booking. 2. 2nd bedroom ensuite had no towel racks. We used the fold out laundry rack. It is a small ensuite but you could have at least one rack and a hook or two. 3. Its a 2 bedroom unit suitable for 2 couples but only 3 kitchen chairs and a disappointing tiny patio table and only 2 small stools on the patio. Nice coffee shop down stairs, easy walk into Queen St, the theatre or the many restaurants in the area. We will stay there again.

Was good and comfortable. Not much places to eat that are close by but the meal ordering apps are pretty good if you choose to stay here. The place was really comfortable and I slept like a baby here. I am definitely going to stay here again.
