Room was gross. Staff was actually great! But the room was really gross. Shoddy repair work in the bathroom in stages of rotting, hair on the ceiling in the shower, scum on the shower walls, stuff all over the carpet like it hadn’t been vacuumed and murder scene stains in the mattress. I’ve been all over the country an never seen a room like this. Disappointed but the staff was super nice! Breakfast was good too.

The room was dirty. The bathroom door was not hung even in the door frame, so you couldn’t close the door. The shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time and there was mold in the shower stall.

Fantastic stay from start to finish. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The location is convenient, especially for medical center visits, and the hotel felt quiet and well-organized. Breakfast was a great bonus, and everything felt efficient and stress-free. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

We were extremely disappointed in our stay. It took over an hour to check in due to the front desk, being unable to find our reservation and a mixup with rooms and room keys. The lobby was worn and tired with stained furniture, peeling wallpaper, and thread bare carpet. The hallways to the room were just as bad. The whole place had an extreme feeling of neglect. It felt dirty. Our room was on the first floor with a view of a pile of stone. It felt like we were sleeping in someone’s basement. The bathroom shower had a clump of hair in it left over from the last guest and the toilet seat was cracked and stained. The lampshades were broken and the lamps themselves sticky. The bed luckily felt clean, but we were disturbed all night by a high-pitched intermittent whirring noise that we think came from the mini fridge. In all honesty, we should not have stayed but we were afraid of losing our money. We chose a Holiday Inn express because we held them to a certain standard. After this experience, I do not think I will stay in one again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and basically clean. Great shower head with lots of adjustments. Excellent Continental breakfast -lots of great (including protein) options. Not sure why hotels can't get shower curtains right... the clothe one in this room not only laid the end into the tub at least 2-3 inches, when it got wet anywhere on it, it would go through to the floor leaving a wet mess to step out onto. Also wish (common issue) their cleaning process would include the air vents - it's kind of cringe worthy when air blows into the room from a dust-filled vent.

It was a very clean room but needed updating. The coffee pot didn't work, a hanging lamp didn't work. We had to use a power cord extension cord to plug something in. The. bathroom door did't close correctly. But the cleanliness made up for some of those things.
