Sara at the front desk was very polite, kind , and helpful. The rest of the staff was very pleasant as well. Room was clean and the pool was nice. Only gripe is the pillows were not very comfortable. May want to bring your own pillow.

The hotel was really pretty and smelt great. The room was also nice but our room sadly did have ants in it and nobody was willing to help with the issue.

I liked it but didn’t.

I came to celebrate with my daughter. The 1 bedroom suite is way smaller than expected. The couch in the front area was very hard and stiff. The table near the kitchen is way smaller. I wanted to cook breakfast for my daughter but we had no pans only one stew pot. And not many utensils or dishes. The coffee is nasty and the free breakfast wasn’t very tasty. And selection was limited the basics with a second meat option todays option was chicken and you could make burritos. The pool is very small the hotel was very busy. But it was still relaxing.

friends music weekend getaway!

We chose Homewood Suites because of reputation and online reviews, and they did not disappoint! The location was convenient for our needs. The desk staff was very friendly, room was clean and spacious, parking good and breakfast was tasty. We would definitely stay here again or others in their brand hotel.

Notice bed bug bites on my ankles when I got home…very disappointing . Beds need to be cleaned better Also, weekends at the hotel are brutal with invasion of children running the hallways screaming and slamming doors! Above us was a kid jumping off bed til midnite!!!!!

Could be better

We had to move to a different room because the couch was broken and there were 5 of us. Breakfast quality was quite bad, soggy oatmeal and not very many choices. Last night we had to call the front desk 3 times as the guests next door were shouting, kids were crying at midnight and we couldn't sleep. The mattresses need to be replaced as the are worn and sloping. The shower wall had long black hair on which was from a previous guest. We also had to require additional bedding for the couch and extra towels at checking in. I expected more for the money.

Things need to improve before we return

Our stay was to visit family. I’ve stayed at this hotel a couple times in the past and had great experiences but this time was different. No staff issues. They’ve always been great. The condition of the room was just ok. Bathroom fan wouldn’t shut off and the toilet ran. Plus, we could hear everyone moving about in the vicinity. Slamming doors, walking and running in halls. We were hoping for a more quiet stay.

Never an issue when I stay here. No matter what site I book on they know I am a member, update my points and all the good member freebies. Check in was fast and friendly. Breakfast never ran out. Beds comfortable and kitchen stocked and clean.
