Awesome property

First time in the area and enjoyed our stay immensely. The house was clean and comfortable, kitchen was stocked well with cutlery/utensils/gadgets. Great backyard with a firepit and plenty of seating. We traveled with our 2-year-old and childproofing was fairly easy. House is situated near a main road but is set back a bit and was still very quiet. You do have to call to have the A/C adjusted, but the owner was very responsive and helpful, and that is just how the house is set up. Communication with the owner was easy. Overall we were very happy with everything!

Inaccurate description of Amenities

Upon arrival there was a dead bird at the front door. The place was listed as having air conditioning which it did not. A fireplace fan with open windows and floor fans is not air conditioning. During our stay there was multiple bugs that I killed on a daily basis in the house. We literally stayed away all day every day until we had to go back to sleep. This house should not be listed on your site. We could not use Netflix or Amazon for the TV because the internet could not handle the streaming. Very unpleasant stay!!
