Friendly Staff and Comfortable Stay

The hotel was newly renovated, very clean, and the staff were incredibly kind. I especially enjoyed hearing them speak their beautiful language together — it added such a warm and welcoming touch to my stay. Even though it was right across from the airport, we didn’t hear any noise at all, which made it a peaceful and comfortable stop.

Really wonderful, nice staff. The property was extremely well maintained it looked like it may have been recently updated. The room was very comfortable, didn’t have any smells, and i could breath well in it even with my asthma and allergies. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was super clean! We really enjoyed our stay. It was calm and peaceful even being across the way from the airport. They also have cameras all over outside in the parking areas and good lighting around the building, which made it feel very safe for our vehicles. A Dennys with decent foot was right next door which was great for us since we were tired and didn't want to go far to find a place to eat. The staff were super polite the whole time. They were very accommodating with my medical alert dog. Just the experience was really positive and good and we already have our next time here booked! Definitely recommend this place!

Hair on bathroom floor was not mine. I did love the Michell Park Domes wall mural. And I left before breakfast so missed that. Room was quiet and I slept well.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The room had everything I look for to have a good nights rest - cleanliness, a comfortable bed, AC, curtains to keep light out, and silence. I was concern about noise considering that the hotel is next to the airport. I did not hear a single airplane on my stay. Either the room is sound proof or there aren’t that many late night flights. Other bonuses to the room were the TV, fridge, complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and soap. I also liked that the hotel had a little snack and drink store at the front desk. The staff, from the front desk people to the housekeepers, were 10/10! Everyone was so kind. The man that checked us in was very kind and gave us a free toothbrush when we ask if we could purchase one. The housekeepers were all so sweet. The lady at the front desk at checkout, allowed us to store our bags at the hotel while we went into town to kill time before our flight. She also gave us good recommendations on what to do in the city in the meantime. As for the location, it was great. It is next to the airport - only a 15 min walk. Within walking distance from some restaurants. By car, downtown is only about 13 mins away.

Remodeled and clean. Kind of like three separate buildings that are connected. But elevator is in front building. Had to use stairs and back exits to be close to car. Hard to find room. Kind of awkward and a maze of hallways to get to front lobby or elevator. Close to restaurants. Tiny bug in room first day but didn’t see more. Back parking lot is kind of isolated. But inside looks clean and new.

Handicap rooms

Hotel was very nice staff was very nice however when they say they have shower benches for handicapped people they do not and they're handicap bathroom is not really a handicap bathroom due to the fact that there's no railings no nothing in the bathroom for the person that's in a wheelchair with no legs to be able to use other than that everything else was great I'd stay there again as long as I could actually have a handicap accessible room
