What a nice room we had. But the night was ruined by a huge A/C ? unit on top of the building next to us - that sounded like a freight train all night. I would not come back for that reason.

Our air conditioning was not working, we ask 3 times for it to be fixed or looked at and they told us it was fixed all 3 times and it was not. They came to our room at midnight and said it was fixed and again it was not working

From the time we walked in they took our luggage to our room. Had cookies available if you wanted them. We were on the Club floor and the breakfast was wonderful with pancakes, sausage, bacon, eggs, and fruit. The room was very clean and the bed was firm! We will definitely stay here again.
