Even sent someone with a clipboard to impatiently knock on my door BEFORE that time arrived to shooo me out. Staff went above and beyond as I had to leave my car behind for a tow to the repair shop. They kept my car key at the front desk and provided it to the tow company when they came to get my car. They were kind and professional with my extra needs!

We really enjoyed ourselves at the pool. The only flaw I would say is that the restrooms are too far from the pool area so the pool water is dripped all over the floors in the halls.

The only thing I don’t like is the shuttle service. It should be more Frequent I sat at the airport for almost an hour waiting for a shuttle to go To the hotel. That was unacceptable
