view was very scenic. The great attentiveness given at the restaurant Pelican's on the Bay for food and drinks ordered. The service was very good. The staff went out of their way to meet our needs in a timely manner. That was the highlight of our stay. The fast service was very appreciated due the fact we only stayed one night.

Room was spotless with a great view of the marina Every staff member we interacted with was lovely Beds were comfortable Breakfast was nice (would have loved more fresh fruit options) Pool was heated and the kids loved the slide! And happy hour by the pool was perfect Heads up for aussie travellers Even if you pay prior to arrival there is a hefty resort fee you pay upon arrival Something i didnt expect but it was in the booking details but i didnt check as its not something i was used to Other than that perfect hotel

The room smelled like a moldy washing machine and the room was dirty- the hair dryer had caked on dirt, the sofa had stains all over, there was a hole in the bathroom door. I couldn’t wait to get out of there.
