was really let down by my experience at this hotel. Upon check-in, the staff didn’t bother to inform us that breakfast wasn’t included in the stay and would cost extra. That’s something that should be clearly communicated up front. We also weren’t given any directions to our room, which left us wandering around trying to figure it out ourselves. Not exactly the welcome we expected. Once we finally got to the room, we found that it didn’t even have a microwave — something we assumed was standard for the price we paid. Overall, the lack of communication and basic amenities made the stay frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you’re okay with unexpected surprises and minimal service.

Absolutely horrible. Wish we could get our money back. The rooms are gross, run down, and dusty. The AC doesn’t work in the bedrooms. The pools are murky. We are only still here because we are doing something Friday night. We were supposed to be here Thursday-sat. But we are going to leave sat. This place is not as advertised. Half of it is closed off maybe for renovations who knows. But that also wasn’t advertised. Staff is nice. Especially the bell hop. But overall we are completely disgusted by being here.

The bathroom floors flooded each time after a shower which made the experience of showering unpleasant. The front desk staff were completely unaware of my expedia perks upon check-in. I had to prompted them of it each time upon check-in and check-out. The hotel was not worth the price I paid.

Great hotel for a family- the pool is great for kids, a get away for a couple.. not so much. Both restaurants good food, hotel room was great- perfect view of the marina and fireworks at SeaWorld every night. I saw reviews about an outdated rooms but ours must have been newly renovated because it was very nice. 3 min drive to mission beach/belmont park .. same for sea world! Would stay here again.
