Reception was unnecessarily and excessively rude. I paid in full online but was charged additional undisclosed fees; despite asking about 4 times, I still have no clear explanation and received no receipt. The front-desk agent repeatedly responded with the cliché "Like I said..." each time I asked about the extra fee cost. My room was missing TV remotes, it was very loud outside, and it smelled very musty and unclean. The door to the closed-off living area was broken, the other door was difficult to open, and we did not have the robes promised which was one of the cute reasons I booked here. Valet/concierge staff did not assist when we had to pull our own bell cart with bags. The area felt unsafe and very dirty. I never received the promised email detailing the extra charges, and after a 10-hour drive I was too exhausted to wait or call about it then. Attempts to reach the front desk in the morning were unsuccessful. It's automated, and redirects to reservation services after ringing for so long. I read great reviews, but I'm not sure how that happened. This place has been a little bit ofva disaster. Good luck.
I loved the eclectic, swanky decor of the suite — it was charming — but sadly the vibe did not match the appearance.
