I tried to confirm online before we got there when they sent a courtesy precheck in text, because we were a midnight arrival and I wanted to let them know ahead of time. Which was all voluntary, they tried to pre charge my card on file in full for 4 nights, in which I did not authorize nor did my Credit Card Co., fraud detection wouldn't allow it, until we checked in with card in hand. I called in and spoke to a female at the property who was completely rude over the phone and told me she is cancelling the reservation if I don't pay for the reservation in full asap. I asked for the manager, and she proceeded to give me his information and tell me this is their policy and she's still going to cancel it if I don't pay by 11am. I made a report with Expedia, prior to arrival. It was too late before arrival to Cancel and rebook somewhere room I booked, like so many other Hotels we stay at, we absolutely need a refrigerator. Traveling across the country with Athletes, its mandatory. I asked the front desk after checking in, and she told us that microwave and refrigerators are an upgraded room only. Never, in the multiple stays at any Wyndham have we ever encountered the rudeness, and the subpar conditions upon arrival at 1am. Too late in the morning to even try to get a different room and or Hotel, we delt with it for the duration of the stay. When your teenager says they don't trust the breakfast food, you know there's a problem. This is a 1 night only, last ditch effort stay.

Man where do i begin? The manager on duty was rude and had an attitude while checking in at night. The pool chemicals were off and ruined my wife and another guests swimsuits. Got in and it was orange got out and it was white. The shower head was busted and shot water everywhere in the room. The blanket on the bed had holes in it. The bed itself had holes and unrecognizable spots on it. The TV was full of static. The remote looked like a kids toy and wasnt responsive. We let the manager in the morning know about the swimsuit issue and all we got was "I dont know what to say. The pool is checked once a day in the morning". Im a maintenance engineer at another hotel and Specifically work with the pools and spas and know that it should be checked twice a day because people can get in and have lotions, oils, etc that can throw off levels in the pools after continued exposure. The pool room wasnt heated either. Also, breakfast was a joke. All that was there was juice, some mix to make a waffle, some kids cereal, and one small pack of yogurt and bread. No eggs, bacon, sausage, nothing really of substance. Overall 1/10. I usually dont leave reviews and even if i do i try to be positive but worst hotel ive ever stayed in. One of the door handles was busted too. Also wife and i almost got walked in on by housekeeping. We heard 3 quick knocks and right as i sat up the knob started turning and they were walking in.

Tubs worn water pipes loud and elevator shaky. Could tell alot of older things including the not so comfy/lumpy bed. Pool /hot tub however where the cleanest and warmest I've seen in quite a while anywhere and actually worked. Staff seemed nice but mostly knowledgeable on just basics. Super helpful tho. Breakfast limited but avail. Overall not a bad place to stay and good price for what's there. Was sad that had no fridge in room tho.

The man who was working was very polite, the room was clean and quiet. This hotel, like many others use only 4 standard pillows on a king size bed, my opinion is that is not enough. We were able to get 2 extra which helped support our backs and neck for sleeping.
