The pros: Near Mall of America. Has shuttle to airport and the mall. Outback Steakhouse is attached so that’s convenient. The Cons: Service is underwhelming, some of them are actually rude. The hotel has a strange smell on the floor that I stayed on although it appears to be clean. Bed was not very comfortable.

Great night

Stayed overnight to get early shuttle to airport. We are also using their service to leave out until our return trip. Gentleman was very nice and fast at getting us checked in and how to use parking and shuttle.
