When we entered our room the door on the closet was smashed. Refrigerator did not work informed front desk was expecting them to switch out did not happen. Hair dryer worked when it wanted to.

Exceptionally wonderful hotel staff!

Very friendly, efficient and thoughtful staff, including Zamon at front desk. The lobby is bright and welcoming, and I’ll be very glad to stay there again. Only concerns were having no WiFi in the room in the morning, and very little hot water and water pressure between 9-10pm. But it’s close to the airport with very quick and good airport shuttle.

The best part about staying at this Comfort Inn was that you could walk over to Outback by a connected hallway inside of the hotel where I could go order a glass of wine at the bar and bring it back to my room!

The windows didn’t help keep any of the outside traffic quiet at all. If you are looking for a quiet nights sleep, skip this hotel. The mattress had also seen better days. It needs to be replaced. The shower fixtures were replaced and didn’t line up ending up with gaps. Just average or below average for this stay.

Front desk staff was phenomenal. Very welcoming. When our room air conditioner made a loud high pitch noise and then stopped working they changed our room. However, new room had a mysterious brown stain on carpet and faucet was not attached to bathroom vanity.

Im feeling conflicted about this hotel. I will say that the saving grace was the staff. They were really kind to me during my stay. I had a headache, I called the front desk & they brought up some Tylenol to my room. I hate to give this place a bad review but I have to be honest. If youre just there for 1 night you won't notice the bad bc it looks good. The lobby's nice & when you enter the room, initially it looks decent. But if youre staying longer, you than start to notice many things that need improvement. After a nap, I started noticing some marks & stains on the sheets. There is NO WAY those sheets were brand newly clean. Its like they weren't washed or washed properly. I noticed my daughter started itching & scratching herself. Im hoping to God its not bed bugs. I didn't see any evidence of bed bugs so I can't say thats wat it was but she usually doesn't scratch like that. I will check to see by next week if theres any bed bugs in our belongings but haven't seen any yet. Even if its not bed bugs, dirty sheets & towels can still make you scratch. We arrived on a Monday, booked to stay until Thursday (3 days) they didn't clean the room until Wednesday so if you're looking for 5 star treatment don't come here. They did tell me they only clean rooms twice a week my first day there but I wasnt too happy about that. Breakfast was ok, but Ive had better. No non-pork options. I don’t eat pork. The bathroom sink & tub kept clogging & Its not walking distance to the mall.
