We found a dead cockroach in a drawer and squished cockroach eggs on the glass of a picture hung in the bathroom of our room. Other than that it seemed fairly clean.

Water didnt work one night and couldnt shower. Maid missed 2 days cleaning our room. Front desk did nothing controlling kids in the halls all hours of the night causing us be be awaking all night. Left number for mgr. To call me never did, i reached back a few times but no success in talking to the mgr. We stayed a week.

The overnight staff was new but very friendly and attempted to be accommodating, Don't use the washers and dryers, where should I say washer and decliner. Morning lady in the front wearing a mask was extremely rude. Won't be staying here again

We would definitely stay here again

This was a fairly spontaneous trip my wife and I took from rural Minnesota into the Twin Cities. This hotel was a really pleasant surprise. The room was clean and roomy. The breakfast was surprisingly good and generous. We would definitely stay here again.
