If I could leave 0 stars I would, this hotel should be shut down. First off when you look up this hotel the pictures are completely different than when you arrive and get into a room. Secondly they charge $100 deposit on top of what the room costs which is also not advertised on their website. The elevator does not work properly and makes all kinds of noises it is very unsafe. We got into our room and all you could smell was dust, the bathrooms were dirty and they also had the window wide open so it was freezing in there mind you it's MARCH in the Midwest. The hot tub was out of order and the pool didn't even look clean to take my kids into. I asked the front desk staff for another room that's been done with renovation and cleaner he gives me keys to another room just to find out it's another trash room we walked in and it smelled like cat pee!
Window also wide open again dirty bathrooms.
Other hotel doors were propped open, the people in and outside of the hotel also seemed very sketchy and we felt uncomfortable, you can tell there's some drug deals, trafficking or other crimes happening in this location. Not to mention I was not the only person complaining of the same thing, another guest with kids had the same issue. We left right away. Do not bring your families here even for one night. I can't imagine what might have happened had we stayed
