I normally don't write reviews but had to with this stay. This stay started with probably the best check in experience I've had. The gentleman who checked us in was very courteous and had answers for everything we asked about the hotel and surrounding area. He even asked if we would like him to make us something from the little Starbucks cafe they have even though it was already closed. Rest of the hotel was great, restaurants was really good. Room was clean and very comfortable beds. I woukd definitely stay here again next time I'm in the Minneapolis area.

The location was centrally located for the business stay. The rooms were clean, staff friendly and welcoming. The connection to the Conference Center allowed access to a nice restaurant.

Me and my husband came in and went directly to sleep so we didn’t notice the stain on the sheets also the set of keys from the previous person was still in the room so I don’t really believe it was cleaned before me and my husband came
