I had high expectations for this stay, but unfortunately, the experience did not meet them. While the hotel has potential, several service and maintenance issues hindered my visit:
* Service: Upon arrival, I had to wait a significant amount of time for staff to appear at the front desk.
* Cleanliness: While the room looked fine at a glance, I discovered dirt and debris in corners and hidden areas while searching for a lost item. Additionally, the sink was clogged upon arrival.
* Amenities: The breakfast was very basic. Having stayed at the Home2 Suites across previously, I found their breakfast variety and overall room cleanliness to be superior.
Overall, it was a lackluster experience for the price point. I’ll likely return to the neighboring properties for my next trip.
