Perfect location

Charming and well located; this was a perfect stop for my trip to Mpls for a Vikings' game and U of M visit. Very convenient and comfortable overall. Was super easy to get to light rail and area is very walkable as well

We love the Graduate Hotel. Stayed here many times and keep coming back. The only knock this time was they are replacing the A/C system so we had a window A/C unit that kicked the power out multiple times. But they had lemonade and ice cream treats available all weekend in exchange for the inconvenience. But by now, the new A/C system should be in and the hotel will be all for the better!

Great location, fun decor

We somehow got a good rate here on a football game day, which was lucky. It did make it trickier to park but we were able to get in the Wash Ave ramp without a problem (connected via skywalk if you have bad weather). The hotel has really fun/cool decor, and our room was cleverly decorated. Comfy beds. The golf equipment was broken but we didn't have time anyway; it looked like there were other fun amenities as well. For parents of U students, there is no better location if the rate isn't sky high. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice lobby and bar. Rooms were clean and standard size. Lobby and bar were freezing cold. AC unit in room leaked all over the floor on one side of the bed. Extra pillows and a blanket that were in the floor were completely soaked. Reported it to the front desk and nothing was done about. Not very good service.

Without forewarning we had a Window unit air conditioner with hose blowing all night to keep it cool because air conditioning was being reworked. parking is extra fee if you park in open air lot behind the hotel. Nice hotel :) Thanks

Walkway from parking garage was locked and closed. Also, the elevators were down so we couldn’t park higher due to have to carrying the luggage down the stairs and we had to walk through the parking ramp.

For a 4-star hotel I was not impressed. The room was dingy, chipping on the walls and shower. Offered no free parking in the area. Paid $245 for one night stay and parking wasn’t even included. Had to pay an additional $30 to park on the street and pay and risk getting a ticket if you wanted to park overnight. Asked for a microwave to be sent to the room. 45 minutes and 3 calls/visits to the main lobby, we finally received a microwave.
