The only thing we couldn't understand is that there was one person at the desk during check-in. If check-in time is at 3:00 then put two at the front desk to assist with answering the phone... checking people in... answering questions from people already checked in. I expected better from Holiday Inn.

I entered first room and fumes from constuction were so bad I requested another room. Second room had 2 men inside who are workers. When i asked for refund they declined stating they would have 20% off room. Not to mention construction was advertised as being over online.
