Great breakfast, clean stay, fix the little things

It definitely wasn't a Hilton. Room had a weird smell, like a wet hamburger. The carpets had dark spots on them, almost as if they hadn't been vacuumed in the corners of the rooms or those areas didn't get as much foot traffic. It was odd. The doors were beat up and I had to pull the door to shut all the way, otherwise it would have remained cracked open. There's no cover for the peep hole, so someone could look into your room from outside. I filled it with a tissue. The carpet always felt damp. The sprinklers were rusty. Breakfast was excellent. I got locked out of my room when my room key stopped working. Apparently they were having electrical issues at the same time, some sort of alarms were going off and they had personnel working on it. Housekeeping promptly escorted me up to my room to get me back in.

Staff is friendly. Room was clean, and bed comfy. The water pressure in the shower was phenomenal, and could literally untangle knots in long hair. Breakfast was great with a variety of egg choices, pork and non pork meat options, cinnamon rolls which were fresh and soft, yogurt, amd much more. Would definitely recommend. Came with my family for 1 night.

Do not stay here - please read

Hotel is only concerned with money. Booked a date, had a situation come up, advised hotel immediately (with in 24 hours) and they refused to communicate when we requested a reservation cancel with a refund. They finally replied after the date lapsed with insensitivity, indifference and rudeness. Do not spend your money here, other establishments are more family friendly and flexible.

This is a really nice hotel. It was quiet, clean and comfortable with a good size room. The pool was also really neat, they turn the lights off after dark and light up the pool so it glows. Parking was easy with spots to be had even when it was busy. The front staff desk were the worst I have ever had, they were just there to keep a seat warm. Don't bother asking them a basic question or for a receipt for your stay because they are not capable of either.
