I've never had a bad experience at Home2 Suites. Shuttle to the mall (we walked). Great room. My only criticism is that they charge 10 bucks a night for parking. The parking lot was nowhere near full. Seems silly even with the proximity to the mall.

My new go-to hotel in Minneapolis!

We had a wonderful experience at Home2 Suites, near the Mall of America. The front desk staff were friendly. The room was clean and well-maintained. The shower stall was amazing and I loved the shampoo and conditioner! Highly recommend and we'll definitely stay there again!

We chose this hotel to be close to the airport in order to catch an early flight the next morning. The facility is attractive and the room spacious, and the hotel provides free shuttle to the airport. Our only complaint is the complimentary breakfast could be improved —- it’s a lot of pre-prepared and packaged food.

Home2 Suites is a great option for extended stays. The rooms are clean and comfortable with a kitchenette. I especially appreciated the full size refrigerator. The main issue I experienced was that the WIFI was not strong enough. I didn’t use it as much as I would have liked.

Affordable & fun for family near Mall of America!

Amenities are typical for a place like this and they also had pool, bean bags, and other games in the lobby. Place is newer & clean with breakfast. Had to pay $10 for parking.

Quality stay, safe, clean, and convenient

We were there for breakfast four mornings. Each morning they were running out of everything and people were having to stand around waiting on food. It appeared they need additional help. The two ladies that were there were doing their best to keep up. However garbages were overflowing and no one was cleaning tables. Also very limited protein options. We loved the text messaging checking in on our stay was going each day. One day we ran out of toilet paper we sent a text requesting some and it was there in less than 5 minutes. Beds were a little firm to our liking didn’t appear to be the same quality as other Home 2 Suites locations. Easy check in and out. I don’t think you should have to pay to park your car there when you are an overnight guest.
