The first room we were assigned smelled bad, and the toilet didn't work. We called the desk, and we moved to another room that was better. The young man who helped us when checked in was competent and kind. The young woman there who I spoke to later behind the desk was less so on the evening of January 27th. She did not offer a menu for us to look at when ordering drinks, and behaved much less graciously than the young man. Both the shuttle drivers to and from the airport were great!

Good: cost, room condition, breakfast food, refrigerator in room, ice water and fruit available in the lobby, and close proximity to the airport and Mall of America. Downsides: extra $10 charge for parking, credit card hold for “incidentals,” online check-out didn’t work, and multiple 24-hour blowers in the lobby, which were really loud with no sign of wet floors or the reason why they were there.

Loved how close it was to the airport! They even offer shuttle services to MSP & Mall Of America. Staff was friendly and nice. Wonderful contentintial breakfast. If I had to find a compliant I'd say the beds were pretty small. I was thinking they were Queens when I bookee but they were smaller. I for sure will be back! Thank you for the Wonderful experience!
