Very nice location. The onky thing is that i didnt see a grocery store close by. The is a gas station close by. Walk across the parking lot and there is Applebee's, or just walk to other end of the block and you are at menards.

I was very upset because I reserved and paid for an executive king room but when I arrived, they gave me a standard double queen. When I ask they told me they are completely booked and since I book thru Expedia which is a 3rd party site there's nothing they can do for me. The walls are so thin I can hear everything my next door neighbor say. Other than that this hotel is in a great location. It's clean, safe, and near many restaurants and shopping centers.

In general, LivInn was a decent place. The infrastructure was not the best. For example, the AC unit did not function adequately and the water pressure in the restroom was weak and similar to a motel. The evening staff is much friendly than the morning staff. Management seems combative and rude, which is not a good influence to general staff. The images give a better picture of the venue. I would have spent $10 to $20 more dollars and stayed at the Marriott for a much better experience.

Our room was the very first one next to the lobby so it was quite noisy. We stayed Thursday-Sunday and were only given 2 towels for 2 guests which is fine because we usually use our towels 2x but not 3 so I had to ask for towels. Housekeeping never came into our room during our stay so our garbage was overflowing a bit. The room didn’t keep a steady temp. It was very cold or warm and humid. The bed was just awful and very noisy. Anytime you got in and out or rolled over it made a loud creaking sound. My husband and I both agreed the bed was uncomfortable. It was just too hard for our taste. The breakfast would have been better had they used warming trays for the eggs, sausage, and potatoes instead of just putting them in trays, where they got cold quickly.
