The floor had lint balls and hair all over the place, my key worked less than half the time, I had to have the desk clerk let me in my room 4 different times. The other times I had to go to the front desk to have them reprogram my key. There was NO TV service my entire stay. Please shape up.

No thrills motel but an ok stay.

Price was decent, check in was smooth and excellent service. It's a no thrills motel no fridge,microwave or extra amenities so don't expect that. The first room I was met with bugs (roaches) made front desk aware and they gave me a different room. The front dest attendant stated she'll make note of it so that room could get serviced. You don't know what People are carying in their luggage so it's always a possibility of something like that happening a motel/ hotel I'm just glad the hotel attendant understood and didn't make a fuss about it and gave me a different room.

The desk lady was rude and just nasty to me. The first room key didn’t work. I went down and she gave me a second one without speaking or looking at me. Second key didn’t work and she just started getting upset. Her words were “oh no. One key maybe. But two keys? No way. What you doing wrong?” I said she could try it and she said “Obviously, I have to now” At that point I just stopped talking. It’s one am and I’m exhausted and just wanted to sleep. The AC didn’t work but I decided it’s better to sleep in a hot room than deal with that disrespect. I had just stayed the night before and the guy was really nice. I’m just going to start paying more and stay somewhere better. Worst person I dealt with in a long time.

No housekeeps cause it was Labor Day . The kid at the front desk was doing everything all alone . Said he was working a 24 hours shift which seems outrageous and illegal . But when i checked out he was gone already. My room was great . Was a used bar of soap on bathroom, no real wash clothes and tv remote didn’t work. Guest above my room stomped all night. Outside of that everything was fine.

The keybcards repeatedly malfunctioned. Front desk woke me up checking rooms at 1045 pm. They did not know which rooms were occupied. Room above me was very noisy after 1100 pm Hallways were dirty. Room had garbage under bed and behind desk.
