The room was very nice with the exception of a chair that seemed to have quite dirty arms. Staff was very helpful and polite. We were very disappointed that the pool was closed as was the hot tub as that was the activity planned for the minors we brought on the trip. We were also a bit disappointed in the breakfast buffet we purchased. It had less items than the majority of the free breakfasts offered at other places. Overall would definitely return, but not without asking if the hotel pool was open.

Stayed on the 2tth, floor, had to take 25 flights of stairs down to check out due to only 2 elevators woking. It was a mess, people could not get an elevator to go to their rooms or come down, as there were only 2 elevators working, and staff didn't do anything to fix the problem!

My Entire Experience was Excellent,My only complaint is we didn't feel welcome wen we check in,I received the room card and that was it, I wasn't told location of elevator or anything else,I had to ask an employee working at the elevator entrance, where were the restaurants. Other than that, Everything was Excellent.

Stayed for 3 days and the pool was closed the entire time. At first they stated it would be open on the last day of our stay. Then another letter is sent that it’s not opening. The casino is small. The room was clean and the view was nice.

Was disappointed the pool and hottub area was closed. Was hoping to enjoy it while staying but was informed when I got to the room that it was closed. Was also told the room had a view of the falls but in fact it was just a parking lot.

“We don’t do Late Check Out”

The trip started with a cold start checking in. It felt like no one really wanted to be there, and it was a slow Tues. We shook off that greeting, and had a great time enjoying our room. We have had it before, and enjoy returning. Our favourite Resturant was closed for renovation, so to the Buffet. I enjoyed the meal until dessert when there was a fruit fly in my Jello. Rosemary our server was a true delight, and smoothed things. Again, things happen- I didn’t let it ruin the night. We made our donations to the slots, and went back up to the room. Typically, we would have breakfast at Three Sisters, but being closed, we chose to get breakfast in town. It took longer than expected, so my wife called down to ask about a little extension to the check out time. The woman who answered was noticeable frazzled. When my wife asked, the receptionist said “We don’t do that here- and if you stay, it’s $150”. Wife rushed to pre pack the room while I rushed with breakfast. I left the food in the car, and hurried up the elevator. Packed, and to the concierge. The Shift Manager waved after ignoring me in line for several minutes. Asked, “how was everything?” I told her great until about 5 minutes ago. No response. “All set.” I said Thank you so much. No retort. Sad bookends to our stay. We love the resort, and come as often as possible- splurging when we can for this corner suite. Unfortunate that the 1st and last interactions were so cold, and with the Shift Manager? Embarrassing.

Place was awesome, not a fan of the smoking in hotel but other than that it was great, we had dinner at La Cascata and the food was amazing, the Chef came out and was a really cool guy, highly recommend this place to eat, the casino is good, has all the slots and a game book with some tables, it’s a great place to visit, also we had the room with hot tub with all the windows, it’s a cool room

My overall stay at Niagara Resort was great, this was the second time I’ve stayed there. The room had a great view and the staff as usual was very welcoming. The location is convenient to the Falls and restaurant even though they have great restaurants in the hotel. I will definitely stay there again.

I went for my 60th Birthday. Was having a great time until on of the staff gave me miss information or should I say did not give me all the fax. So I missed out on something and was upset by that.
