Beautiful hotel, gorgeous rooms, will be back. Only drawback is the smell of smoke when you enter the lobby area, which of course can't be helped because of the casino. Very nice that there is another casino that is smoke free.

Property was great. Service was not good at all. We inquired about cleaning our room on the 2nd day, and was told only tomorrow would it be cleaned. Never happened, not even the bins in the room were emptied. Service and breakfast at a certain restaurant was pathetic. Amazing meal was had at the Western Door Steakhouse. Brilliant steaks and amazing vegetables.

The room was clean. The tub overlooking Niagara was great although hard to get out of. The steakhouse downstairs was fantastic. Overall, I had a good experience and would stay here again.

If you walked two blocks away from the property, it didn’t seem safe stuck only eating at the property I was expecting the room to be cleaner carpet was pretty used.

Took 2 hours after check in to get a room! I brought2 other couples with me and one arrived before me and got room immediately. The other couple arrived after me and also got room immediately. Love 3 Sisters but when I went there and asked to be seated with my brother and his wife I was denied twice. They were at a table for 4 but the staff would not let my husband and I sit with them! I hadn't seen my brother in 2 years and had to wait! Not a good start to our vacation!

We were on the 24th floor and paid for a view and got one! It was wonderful how everything was walkable and the breakfast shop on west side of casino was reasonable and enjoyable.
