When i checked in there was a bad oder i ask for some kind of spray then tv was not working i tried to call front desk phone was not working and finaly staf came to the room tried the tv and said I'll chang the room i akready open my stuff i asked if she can chang the tv and she agreed and change the tv and still not working. She was very nice and wanted to give me another room or refound. I want to mentiond it was very cold night and lots of snow. I walked outside and sow whynham hotel cross the street walked there and got a nice room 10 times better and 3 times larger with swemin pool and jacuzi continental breakfast and charged me 80 dollars. Then i had problem to get refound because hotel refounded me to your account and i called you after 30 minutes waiting i asked you to refound me back to my card and you said it'll take 7 business day to come to my account. No more Expedia.

Great first impression! This was my first stay at a My Place and made the brand a serious option for me when needing a place to stay. I appreciate their dog friendly policy that allowed me to bring my 2 medium to large, well behaved dogs with me, in a city that has very few affordable choices for dog friendly hotels. My stay was only 2 nights, but staff was welcoming and the common areas and room were well cared for.
