The room was spotless and a/c worked exceptionally well. The water in the shower takes a longer than usual while to warm up, but otherwise a great room. Location was ideal and everyone on their team was extremely helpful and friendly.

Staff was friendly, the location CANNOT be beat, the beds and pillows were amazing, the dinner food and drinks were great. Rickie the bartender was really knowledgeable and friendly too. Such a lovely time and a great hotel. Our only conplaints- our fan didnt have a ceiling fan, while beautiful, none of the windows opened, the room didn't have a microwave so we could reheat any leftovers, half the buttons on the remote didn't work, and the shampoo bottle didn't work. Wonderful place otherwise

Everything and everyone were absolutely fantastic. Alex, Dillon, Chris, Phillip and Elizabeth at the bar are some of the best service industry staff I’ve encountered in the entire city. And Alex and Chris of the hotel staff were just as pleasant and friendly. 10/10 would stay here again.

We stayed here for our wedding trip, and it was absolutely wonderful! The staff was so kind and welcoming, the rooms were spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. From the valet to the bellhop (David!), the front desk, security, and even the restaurant and bar staff — everyone went above and beyond to make our stay special. We truly felt taken care of and can’t wait to come back on our next trip to New Orleans!

The hotel is beautiful and very clean. Although it is located right off of Bourbon Street, the rooms are very quiet and great walking distance to the main attractions. Highly recommend this hotel!
