Stay at Arden Hills Mn. Great Stay

We had to make a last minute fairly unplanned stay to MN from IN. We were able to secure two connecting rooms (I have 3 little ones) and each room had a pull out trundle bed from the couch. They were clean, there were plenty of sheets and the breakfast was great. The pool was very very small (fine for 3 little ones) no hot tub but besides that everything was perfect. There were lots of amenity around in the area too!

Frustrating Stay

Toilet stopped working as it was unable to flush. Would have been an easy fix but the lid was bolted on. Because we noticed it at 10PM and the kids were already asleep we didn’t want anyone to come in to fix that night. We reported it in the morning and they fixed promptly but it’s always a hassle giving up the space. The day before we asked for service in the room when we went out to lunch. When we got back 1.5 hours later nothing was done. We put trash in hallway and they finally grabbed 3 hours after request but didn’t bring more towels or fill toilet paper. Also hide in a parking fee of $5 a day but never even asked if we were parking. They have no idea if we parked there or not but we did pay a fee each night we stayed.
