Nice if you need to be downtown and flyimg in.

Ok stay. Parking and drop off are a joke. One little area in the back for drop off and they use the little space for valet parking. 2 blocks to the nearest parking garage. But also 2 block to tram that you can use to get anywhere!! Its awsome.

The hotel was clean and the staff was super helpful. We stayed on a Thursday night and we did not hear a sound. The free breakfast was a typical continental breakfast. The view out our window was a white brick wall. We did not change rooms because we were only sleeping there for 1 night. Other than the view-it was a great stay.

The stay was wonderful called to see if i can have early checkin and spoke with shylnn who was amazing. She informed me that it was available and too come in. The room was a little messy. The sheets had a little blood on them. Other than that the room was amazing. Had a great view.

Customer Service Needs to Improve.

The front desk staff was kind of rude. not very good customer service. I talked to a woman on the phone regarding the cc change to a different one and she was rude.

There is no parking for this location unless you pay $49 for valet parking or walk several blocks to a public parking lot in not so good of a of an area. When asked about the parking, hotel staff was rude and dismissed the question.

We will be staying here again for future Armory or US Bank Stadium events. Valet parking service for $47/night. Otherwise, find your own parking with the iparkit app.

The parking was horrible. We had to park across the street and the building closes at 3pm so we had to buzz security everytime we had to get in the building to grab our car. There was no other way to enter the building without buzzing security. The staff did not inform us of this nor was it stated ahead of time on the website.
