We arrived from Dallas at 1:30 pm and they would not give us our room. We had a reservation but check in was 3:00. They told us if we want to get in to room we would have to pay them 50.00. When you travel a long distance, you never know when you will get to your destination. I know they had rooms ready, why couldn’t they let us check in early. I will not stay here again.

The facility was clean, the beds were nice, the pillows were great. Negatives included low hot water pressure, heat in our room did not work but it was September so not a big deal. Breakfast was standard fair but pretty flavorless. Staff needs to do a better (or any) job of cleaning tables at breakfast.

After having a bad experience with a nearby hotel, we requested a refund and left. We booked lotus hotel last minute based on the reviews and it was not a disappointment. The check in went smoothly, the facility is nice and clean. Customer service is top notch and the hreakfast was good. Will definitely rebook here 😊
