There was dark dog hair on the pillows and sheets in the first room. Moved to another room that wasn't a king bed and the bathroom sink in the new room did not drain at all.

There was garbage in the garbage can when we got to room. Pillow cases were dirty and had to ask for clean ones. People above us sounded like they were jumping off the bed til midnight.

Staff friendly. However, we did not like the parking. Since they were renovating the conference center, a large delivery truck parked right behind us and we needed to ask it to be moved to leave the property. First floor had stairs over our room to the second level—noisy.

Always stay here. I ask for the 'corporate' room. Not available this time. 3rd floor way in the back. All rooms being remodeled.... so.... the hallway, well, remodeling. Not sure if my room was done, really ready... took a while to figure out the door....semi-hard 'slam'. Air conditioner/ heater inoperable or beyond my ability. Ha!... tp off the roller. Ha! Thats about it. I always stay here. Not a 5 star, but Im not a 5 star person. Ha!

The area of the facility we stayed in is definitely due for an upgrade in the hallway. Room was fine; comfortable bed, good amenities, roomy. Location is at intersection of two major roads. This makes it convenient in one way, but difficult for ingress and egress due to heavy traffic as well.
