Room not the same as one booked. Very loud clubbing and road noise till 4am and road noise, then street clean up noise from 5am. Window didn’t shut properly and blinds didn’t black out. Room was very old and tired, not like pictures. Complained and moved to a higher room, slightly better but windows single glazed and noisy. Manager never did contact us, and the staff tried to appease us with a free breakfast, for a defective hotel room that cost over $600 for 2 night. the hotels.com never followed up to resolve. Very poor trip. Couldn’t pay me to stay here, very overpriced for what we got. Staff tried to appease

Great location. Close to many attractions, shopping & dinning. Clean rooms with friendly helpful staff. I was on the street side & it was quite noisy at times with noise coming up from the street. Otherewise all was really good

I stayed in room 1209. The staff were very lovely and welcoming. They helped me when I was having a bit of a panic when trying to find the hotel. Then I ended up forgetting what carpark I left the car in so a lovely man who had been working at your hotel for 3 years, wearing glasses who came over from Nepal for work walked me around and helped me locate my car! The room was spotless, well set up and the facilities you had to offer were great. I would highly recommend your hotel to anyone wanting a place to stay in Auckland. The staff would always say hello when I walked through the main floor, the cleaners were kind and everyone was so helpful if I needed to ask any questions. Thankyou for the privilege of staying at the hotel, and I hope to stay again sometime in the future! Kind Reguards, Cheyenne

Overall, great hotel. Perfect location, friendly staff, upgraded me from a studio to a one bedroom. Downside, breakfast was overpriced at $30 NZ, frig in room barely got cold, the rooms seem to be clustered around a bank of three very noisy elevators. My room was next to the elevators which made it hard to sleep and relax.
