No communication with staff, terrible service, room could be in better condition. No phone in room, and the morning of departure i called to ask for a late checkout. Lady said it was ok and i could stay until 12 but housekeeper came to room at 11 and told me to leave she was very rude when i tried explaining i already called for late check out, she brought the lady i spoke to earlier and she told me i had to leave right away.

Horendous... I didnt expect much from the "Motel 6" surly, however for the $80/night i figured id have clean sheets and towels. We got the a room with a kitchennette, and were given a room without one(needed it for the travel with two young children). When I brought it to their attention, they switched us to a room with a kitchenette, non smoking, like i paid for, it was not only cigarettes, but weed as well. I just told them to give me back the origional room. Which was also disgusting, full of hair, and stains, and just overall unplesent. Charged me a $50 deposit as well, i had to call and request back several times for and wasnet given it back for days and days after i was told id get it. What a joke of an establishment, ran by people that cannot take care of themselves, let along their clients. Wouldnt stay here as a trucker. Gross.

Booked last minute super late into the night, nobody was at the front desk as it was after hours, but there was a phone number listed. Staff member drove from home to get us checked in, 15 minute wait like she said it would be. She was polite, made pleasant conversation, and waived the $50 deposit when I told her I didn’t have the funds.

The room was quite clean. I was cold as there was only 1 thin blanket So the heater had to run quite constantly. There were no washcloths... only towels A couple wash clothes are needed My room was in the corner so the parking was very tight.

You get what you get for $70, and really all we wanted was a bed for the night. Very bare room and fridged cold, took a few hours too warm the space. Thank goodness we had some pillows and blankets with us. Domestic dispute bellow us, entertaining for a while but didn't get much sleep. Anyway it was an adventure, kinda like a trailer park camp ground. The check in guy was very pleasant and frankly I can't even imagine the characters and chaos he has to deal with on a daily basis. I've stayed in both worse (Hartford CT ) and better (Tremonton UT) Motel 6's. Anyway, you get what you get and don't throw a fit...

I recommend staying here while in Missoula it’s by far the best and friendliest hotel I’ve stayed at in Missoula. It’s good walking distance to several restaurants and the football stadium
