The lady at the front desk was argumentive and defensive when I mentioned I had paid $100 toward my bill per Expedia and I had not. I was fine with it but she was right away rude about it saying I had not and owed the fee plus $100 for incidentals. It worked out but she said it happens a lot and the customer next time May not be as easy going as me.

Some minor things in the room need attention. Curtain pull rod is detached from curtain and swithch cover on the AC unit comes off easily. But the staff is a delight and very attentive.

No one at counter for check in. Same experience at check out. Good value. I understand if hotels do not do full maid service daily, but trash removal would have been nice. Breakfast was good, ended early for a Sunday. Beds were very comfortable. Hotel was quiet and clean.

I will not stay at this property again. The bed sheets weren’t correctly on the bed, had to fix them before sleep. The rooms were very tiny and had to turn sideways to walk by each other. Also they charged us 100 dollars for incidentals and there wasn’t even a place to get incidentals. Also Expedia website said they accepted pets and the front desk said they don’t. Not a comfortable stay at all.

I had thought I had booked a “double”bed room and there was a picture above the listing with two beds. When I got to my room it was 1 bed. I was picking up my 2 grandsons to spend the night with me after major complications with work schedule and had to reschedule this trip already and then I walk into a room with just one bed. The receptionist informed me it was not her issue ( her name was Tracey) that I had to call Expedia. I tried ( remember I have 24 hours with my grandsons and at least 8 of those hours they should be sleeping!)I am suppose to be making phone calls on a Sunday afternoon taking up my canals time I have with these boys I get to see once every 10-12 weeks average. No it was horrible!!!!

First of all we are elderly and our room was on the 2nd floor...no elevators!! Phone in room did not work. Was suppose to have a suite..I called the property to let them know we would be late with checking in, someone we talked to was a very confusing person and changed our confirmation number. If Expedia only puts you on higher floors at the hotels...you need to let people know there are no elevators at a property or we need to stop booking rooms from you!! Valerie Essman

Maid service pushing us out

First off they over sold the rooms and that was a headache. Secondly check out is at 11 not 8:30am when services start knocking on your door when your trying to sleep in after a long day and night of softball.
