If there was a 100+ rating, would have done for this hotel. Amezian, the receptionist is an angel in human form. From the booking day till we arrived there, he offered listening ear to any worries we had and communicated effectively to help us be calm as it was our first time traveling to France and had little ones with us. We nearly got scammed with taxi drivers upon arrival at the airport. We called and helped with apps to get good rate to drive to the hotel. What really surprised us was they made us checked in early before our check in time. Would definitely use this hotel again and would recommend to loved ones. The room was so clean, nice ambient, quiet environment. Staff were very friendly and welcoming❤️

The room was too strong on cigarette. Even the sheets on the bed were too much. Which I’m glad it was only for one night. We left the Hôtel smelling like we smoke.

Very challenging to find an uber to take us from the hotel to the airport to the point that we almost missed the flight. Hotel is very isolated. Shower didnt drain which flooded the bathroom. Overall wouldnt recommend.

Only of the two single beds was made up. The other one was lying broken under the double bed with all bedding dirty from being stuffed under the bed. We were then moved to another room. We had told front desk we would be checking out at 4:45am but nobody told us the gate would be locked. We were standing in the snow with our children for a long time until someone finally answered the call button on the gate.

Staff was helpful when our room filled with cigarette smoke late in the evening so They moved us to another room. (It is supposed to be a non smoking facility) Didn’t want breakfast, just coffee, but was denied since we didn’t purchase breakfast. At least offer it for 1-2€
