Loved how close it was to the underground, buses, shopping, Kengsington Park and even a close walk to Notting Hill. I wasn’t a fan of the scrambled eggs. There was a smell that my nose didn’t like. Rooms needed renovations but were clean and a decent size for a standard single queen size bed. The view was a solid 6/10. Part of the view was the rooftop which is never nice to look at. Service was great. Employees were helpful. I would stay here again despite the room needing a makeover because it had so many other positives. Quiet too. So nice that the elevators (lifts) were separated by a wall from the rooms, keeps the noise away from the rooms

Hotel is getting worn. We asked for an extra hour before checkout and were given it. Yet maids knocked on door twice to ask why still there. Could only find one restaurant at night. Not a vegetable in sight at Italian themed cafe. Uncomfortable seating.

I did not think that the price was worth it, just to walk to the airport. There was a hole in the sheets, VERY uncomfortable bed like a terrible futon and the bathroom was so tiny like a cruise ship, I barely fit inside the shower as a 5'10" woman. It was okay, would not stay here again.

2nd time staying here while visiting Paris. Great hotel for the last night to easily catch your flight next day without any worries. Excellent breakfast! Maybe the best. Everything you could possibly want to eat. Excellent staff and very clean rooms with comfortable beds. I’ll stay here next time a visit Paris for sure.

Very convenient - steps - from the CDGVAL free shuttle. Room was clean, and VERY quiet (even if at Roissy-Pole!) The window could open (yay!) and still didn't hear planes. The server at dinner (around 20h00) was excellent. The food was fine, if expensive - but expect that at airport. The bed was very comfortable. The pillows were too thick for us - would be nice to have a variety so can get one that's comfortable. The towels were thin and there was no facial tissue. The toilet/sink/shower cabinet was very small. Only 1 chair in the room. Not great for a room for two. Although called a 'confort' room, I would call it economy. And it was a reasonable price for an overnight stay.

We stayed at Ibis CDG Airport for one night during a layover, mainly due to its convenient location near Terminal 3. While check-in was smooth and the bed itself was comfortable, the overall experience felt lacking considering the high price point. The pillows were very thin, and only two were provided. The air conditioning didn't work, but thankfully we were able to open the window for some airflow. The bathroom was extremely small with minimal amenities—no extras beyond the basics. There was no luggage rack and no coffee maker in the room, which added to the very bare-bones feel. On the plus side, the room was clean, but the hotel overall felt more like a budget option with a premium price simply for being close to the airport. Fine for a short overnight stay if you need proximity to the terminals, but don't expect much comfort or value for money.

Check in went well until we reached the room. No AC and the room was so hot. We went down to reception and we were given a new room right away. It was a bit cooler but still very warm. Rooms are very plain and you wouldn’t want to spend much time in them but it was fine for a Very short stay
