Hotel in centre of Vosges, pleasant rooms, very nice restaurant, Spa and Healtcare centre

Hotel in centre of Vosges,10Km close to "Col de la Schlucht", pleasant rooms with more than avarage space in bedroom and bathroom, everything very recent renovated, very nice restaurant with top quality dishes but a little short menu list, covered and heated swimmingpool and also a Spa & Healtcare centre, Problem was not a garded or closed area to park the car, their private park was open to the public road, no closed fence and gate at night, no covered parking available in garage-boxes.

C'est toujours un plaisir

2010, 2012 puis 2025 et bien la qualité de service n'a pas changé. Le client est au coeur des préoccupations de l'équipe avec une certaine souplesse. Et entre 2012 et 2025, un joli spa a complété l'offre. Le petit déjeuné est toujours exceptionnel avec des produits locaux. Nous n'avons pas diné sur place par oubli de réservation, mais quelle délicatesse de nous prévenir par mail quelques jours avant et de nous communiquer des adresses de restaurants sur Gerardmer. Envie de revenir

HĂŽtel un peu dĂ©cevant pour le prix, chambre donnant sur la route
on ne nous dit pas que le seul restaurant de l’hĂŽtel est un gastronomique (il fallait que je regarde sur le site m’a t on dit)
personne ne sait si au bar on peut avoir Ă  manger (un serveur me dit que non, Ă  la rĂ©ception on me dit que je peux commander des planches Ă  partager
), un soir le serveur est jamais venu nous voir, c’était Ă  nous de nous dĂ©placer Ă  chaque fois pour recommander les boissons
spa ok mais les toilettes ne ferment pas, espace spa pas attachĂ© aux chambres, les gens viennent avec les chaussons de l’hĂŽtel et se baladent dans le spa avec les mĂȘmes qui ont servis en extĂ©rieur

Beau séjour

Beau sĂ©jour en dehors des vacances donc dans un hĂŽtel trĂšs calme dans lequel nous avons pu profiter de l’espace SPA presque seuls. L’hĂŽtel est trĂšs agrĂ©able, le SPA bien Ă©quipĂ© avec grande piscine, hammam, 2 sauna (chaud et trĂšs chaud). Le restaurant est gastronomique avec une belle carte des vins.

HĂŽtel tres sympa joli bien situĂ© les chambres sont petites les WC sont dans la salle de bain il n y a pas de mitigeur et pas douche non plus. Un SupplĂ©ment est demandĂ© pour le SPA si vous rĂ©servez par un site de location. L accueil est trĂšs bien mĂȘme en ces temps de COVID

Établissement confortable, personnel sympathiques et attentionnĂ©, service irrĂ©prochable en cette pĂ©riode compliquĂ©e. Le restaurant est Ă  recommander. Seul point vraiment nĂ©gatif : devoir payer un supplĂ©ment pour avoir accĂšs aux Ă©quipements du spa, d’ailleurs trĂšs rĂ©duits en raison des mesures sanitaires. C’est la premiĂšre fois en 20 ans que nous frĂ©quentons des spa dans la rĂ©gion.
