reservation was to be for 2 non smoking rooms, the front desk caught it but when we entered one room it smelt heavily of smoke. most fixtures had tarnish/rust on them showing age. there was a small pill left in top of the fridge from a previous guest. staff were polite and friendly, would stay again but would check room before accepting.

The lady at the counter treated me very well. When I found my room I had parked and a man came up to my car with my children in it (at night time) and told me I cannot park in front of my room. Then he insisted for me to roll my windows down and kept aggressively telling me to move my car and then said he's management. He was so rude and mean to me with my children in the car. I was so scared I chose to leave and park elsewhere. I felt uncomfortable and scared to stay in my room, but we rushed to the room and the room was fine. The guy just seemed he hated me for the color of my skin, how he yelled at me aggressively.

Easy to find off the highway. The lady that checked me in was a delight. We had such a lovely chat. The room is your standard motel, nothing to write home about, but clean and comfy beds. It was nice to have breakfast in the morning.

This was beyond horrible. I guess it’s you get what you pay for but all I can say is I hope the stains on the comforter were makeup. We had to change rooms at first. 208 smelled like mildew and wet dog. The new room was okay smell wise but the stains were questionable on the walls ceilings and sheets which isn’t really fun but people are nice. Bring your own pillows. And don’t walk around the back of the building. Just don’t. This is not a dare this is a serious no. Other than that shower pressure and heat is non existent so nothing is really comfortable or feels sanitary. I was happy to go back home to New Orleans. Which should say enough.

Bathroom tub faucet running constantly to the point you wonder if someone is in the bathroom when you first walk in, bathroom sink blocked and dark stains on the ceiling of the bedroom. Air in bedroom is bad.

Our first room was dirty and damp. It smelled like mildew and our allergies were crazy. The front desk lady was very kind and moved us to a new room that was a little cleaner and less damp. In the morning we went to take showers and the shower was broken. Breakfast was only biscuits, grits, and bad coffee. Front desk guy in the morning was extremely rude. We couldn’t wait to get out of Mobile!
