I loved the common area. It was cozy and comfortable. The space was decorated so nice for the holidays. And the staff dressed up, too. Very fun! The breakfast was perfect for my needs as was the room. I recommend!

Rondia at the front desk was super kind and courteous, and she professionally kept my personal and room number details quiet as there was someone else nearby. That should happen all the time, but it doesn’t. Hotel was nice and clean. Lobby is fun.

Room neglected and dirty. Human hair was found on the sheets. The hotel technician came and gave us sheets to change ourselves. To our surprise there was a big brown stain on the mattress with little speckies. Was told could not get refund. Room was changed.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. However, we had to request creamer at the coffee bar. My daughter found the creamer in the cabinet underneath the coffee but staff told her she had to ask for it. That seemed peculiar.
