We were disappointed that we were not given any information about the property upon check in. We were headed to Gallo Center for a show. I assumed that any information about the facility and what it had to offer us would be listed in the room. There was a bar code to scan. We were never able to get it to load. The coffee in the room was terrible. we didn't even know there was a restaurant on site. We had never been there and unfamiliar with the area, so we just left. Otherwise, the location was great for the Gallo Canter events.

All of the hidden fees, no microwaves in rooms, no free breakfast, parking, a fee for everything. Not worth the price you are charge for the room, if I new of the fees in advance I would not have booked the room.

I think the Bartender named Ron. Was very helpful. Even though the restaurant was running behind in opening. He was kind enough to seat us for a Late Lunch. Thank you for havivg such great employees, such as the young man at the front desk when we arrived.

The staff were friendly. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Opportunities for improvement: The sound of the train woke me up every night; maybe better sound proofing? The key did not always work on the elevator.
