The staff was amazing. The breakfast was one of the best ones i've ever had at a hotel. If I have to stay at another hotel soon in this area I am picking this one. Timothy was a huge help for us and everyone else in our group staying there.

I was charged $10.60 for a fitted sheet having a stain on it , dead flies in the window sill of the bedroom . Shower floors were dirty and not cleaned .

Room had an infestation of houseflies. The staff wasn't responsive in cleaning and when they finally did, did the job was really only half-done. They left dead flies around the window and just dumped the rest in the toilet without flushing. It was gross.
