Bad romantic moonlight dinner, the food worst ever !! The server Demario was excellent his service a plus ambience and setting was also very romantic .. for the other restaurants these were very good especially xymaica and the Mobay buffet which was outstanding ..I am just surprised that for the kind of money paid for dinner and roses was a bust . Total of $290 for dinner with 3 roses that cost $66 .. just iriterate the moonlight dinner was bad 1 star all the rest 4-5 stars

Amazing! Definitely will be coming back here. Everyone was really friendly and our villa was thoroughly cleaned. Various food options- there’s something for everyone. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone staying in Jamaica.

We really liked our stay. It was a wonderful property. It was very big. It had the beach by the pool. The pool was very big and then it had the beach on the other side, which was very quiet. It had snorkeling kayaking. That was all free. had 10 restaurants. It was a very good stay the only thing that wasn’t perfect was the transportation because it’s so big they have transportation, but it was so hard to get transportation to come and get us when we wanted to get to somewhere and then also the Kids Park all the slides and stuff was closed the whole week we were there and we picked this resort because we had a baby and we wanted her to be on the kids resort and the whole Kids thing was closed which was a bummer but other than that, the resort is a wonderful resort

Its a beautiful resort but the buffet options and quality wasn't up to par compare other resorts. The kids water park was closed and there was no mention of this on the company website. That was a huge bummer plus there were hardly any shows. We were expecting more. Oh yeah, our room was not clean. There was hair and stains in the tub and shower. Our fridge also wasn't working.

Grand Palladium exceeded my expectations and I will most definitely be back. I have never felt more safe on a vacation, and the community, culture, and love I got to experience this Memorial Day weekend was incredible. 10/10 - cannot wait to return. Side note: I lost my voice on Day 1. Within 8 hours of landing in Jamaica. The PoP entertainers are that good at their jobs. Special shoutout to entertainers Kxng Carlan and Sonic and James of JUTA tours for making sure we had an absolutely amazing experience!!!

Had an amazing stay with family at this resort. The food was 10/10. The a la cartes are a must! The live music was such a vibe. Absolute beautiful beach (Sunset Beach). The water sports are free, some just need a deposit. We loved how secluded and clean the resort was. Everyone is so nice!
