The scenic roads of the area are numerous.

The flat is easily reachable by public transport. At about 80 meters there is the railway station that connects Siena and Florence.

The nearest airports are in Florence and Pisa.

Beautiful paths are nearby which can be followed on foot, by bike or on horseback to spend relaxing days in the middle of nature. It is ideal for those who want to walk the suggestive stretches of the ancient Via Francigena.
