Noise control needs to be dealt with. Incredibly noisy slamming of doors during the night. I could also hear every bit of conversation in the room next doo.

Great stay. We stayed for 20 nights whilst visiting family in Melbourne. The room was a good size with everything you need. Good fridge, TV & air con. The staff were very helpful & friendly. We had an issue with our room card when we first checked in and Therese got it sorted for us swiftly. The location is perfect for exploring Melbourne, easy walk into the CBD & close to tram stops but far enough so you aren't in the immediate hustle & bustle. Great surrounding area with lots of bars and restaurants. Would recommend & would definitely stay again. Thanks

Super friendly, helpful staff. Nice sized clean rooms. Nice outdoor pool and seating area. Only very minor complaint is no rail to hold when getting into the pool.
Nice hotel, pool and rooms are very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. Only bad point is you can hear everything that’s going on outside your room and hear lots of footsteps from the room above. It was difficult to get to sleep early with all the noise. But we enjoyed our stay.
Friendly staff, great location for us - easy walk to trams, great eateries and supermarket close by - clean room that had everything we needed, easy check in and out. Only small grizzle was the shower which was a little unpredictable in temperature at times (but not annoying enough to stop us from staying with you again)
Nice large, clean room, well serviced daily. Friendly stafff. Excellent location for this hotel.
My only question/comment is the so-called 'breakfast' room. A large, quite inviting looking dining room. But whenever I have looked in at that room during my stays here, there is nobody serving, and no menus! Very odd, and disappointing.
