The smoke alarm in my room inexplicably came on in the middle of the night. It was unbearably ear piercing for around 30 seconds and then turned off just as I was racing out the door half dressed. The front desk staff called to check on me but the phone didn’t work and so they couldn’t hear me. Also the ironing board was broken and one of the cups was chipped and had lipstick on it.

Great location; excellent large room, very clean & quiet
I love the service and staffs super nice, I had the best experience with this hotel.
Really said Top recommended.
And thank to all reviewers that leaded me to this hotel.
Helpful friendly staff, 24 hour reception, rooms cleaned daily, room was small but comfortable. Pool looked clean and clear, but we did not swim. Short walk to Lygon street for excellent dining.
