Upgraded mattresses for each of your King and Queen size beds and eucalyptus sheets for comfort. Great little place

Great condo was clean and perfect for what my daughter and I needed. I felt safe with just her and I. We also had the opportunity to stay for 4th of July and it was great! We were close to the fireworks.

Great spot! Would definitely return and we hope to do so. I would just say for any Anglers, you will have to park your boat off site which isnt ideal.

Nice little spot for a getaway.

The condo is very clean and well-kept. It has everything you could possibly need - good kitchen appliances, nice bedrooms and bathrooms, and a good common area. It is definitely worth staying if you are considering.

Perfect Location

We arrived middle of the night and were met with a broken Trundle set from the previous tenants but reached out to the owners and they fixed it so our kids each had a bed the next night. Bryan is super nice and fit right in with our banter. Being 6’1” the showers were very low for myself just a side note for tall people lol. The location is perfect if you have kids since there’s a park right there it’s right by the water and around great places to eat. We would stay here again. The description does say 3 bedroom but the trundle is the living room couch as my kids would say it is a room so …. There ya go. We truly enjoyed ourselves and can’t wait to go back!

First I would like the day the owner was very kind and responsive to our concerns. The positives: Very close to the lake and the public pool was lovely. It’s a very quiet area and the parking is great. The pool at the condo itself wasn’t very clean (but that isn’t something the owner could do anything about) There is a playground across the street and a nice little park area. The negatives: The condo was very dirty. I vacuumed it and filled half a canister with dirt. The bath tub had hair in it and the perimeter of the bathroom had hair in the corners. The whole place could use a deep clean to be honest. There are only TWO bedrooms. The extra “bed” is a day bed in the living room. Although we used the big closet in the master bedroom for my baby with a playpen. I would recommend bringing your own pillow as the ones there are very uncomfortable. Bring your own coffee. The Keurig wasn’t clean and I doubt it’s ever been cleaned properly. Bring extra towels if you don’t want to be washing everyday, especially with going to the pool. Also there aren’t really enough dishes. They could use more cutlery and plates, as you have to run the dishwasher when it isn’t full. There is salt, pepper, olive oil (I left a decent one behind), steak spice and some sweetener in the cupboards. The overall set up of the condo was nice and hopefully they can find cleaning staff that will actually clean. It was great for my kids and comfortably could sleep 4 adults and a couple kids.

Great overall stay

We were traveling for a dance competition that was at Margaritaville and this property was the perfect distance at less than 10 minutes. We loved having access to both the pool at the condos and the bigger pool at the yacht club. The only complaint was that the master bedroom was on the side of the afternoon sun and could get warm in the late afternoon and would take a little while to cool off and the complex itself could use a little bit more lighting at night. We arrived at 9pm and it was hard to find the unit because the signs were not lit and the walkway was dark. Thankfully the owner provided a map which made it easier to fine the unit.

We booked this spot to stay while we attended Texas Ren festival and it was perfect. Close location, plenty of room, easy access. Will definitely look to book again for next year

Owner is unresponsive and this property is not as described- 2 bed room not 3 , the list goes on

We didn’t stay, took pictures and send the VBRO They agreed I’ve never left a review- this place is not as represented no working smoke detector, no fire extinguisher, no co2 detector, no first aid kit, no pillow cases ( only shams/and throw pillows) molded kitchen sponge , very few towels Not able to reach the host nor was VBRO able to reach him . This has been a disaster and now looks as if it will end up being turned over to an attorney as there is zero help or concern from either the host or VBRO staff We got stuck with no plan B as promised
