The lady who assisted us didn’t seem very friendly or welcoming. She had a frown on her face the entire time, which made us feel uncomfortable. It made me wonder — was it because I’m Asian?

We had a great experience at this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean, and the staff was very accommodating. Despite our very late check-in, everything went smoothly with no issues. The location is perfect—right in the heart of downtown Montreal. Highly recommend!

Very clean, excellent location. Average hotel gym, but the pool and surrounding balcony were beautiful! St. Catherine’s street is very close, as is the convention centre and the metro station located there. Lots of food options nearby. Would highly recommend!
