Breakfast is awesome, a lot of choices for bread, eggs, even the water. The service for the breakfast is also amazing. Good location, very close to the subway. Beautiful music at the lobby in the evening. And the room is so quiet that is out of my expectations.

Had a 5 night stay at the Westin Grand. Staff were helpful and friendly. We were allocated a superior room with garden view which was a nice sized room, well appointed. The beds were comfortable. However, there was some noise from building works during the day, presumably the refurbishment of the spa. You could also clearly hear other guests in their rooms. The room was rather warm and you couldn’t control the air con, but you could open the window. Casting for the TV didn’t work properly and you couldn’t connect via HDMI. The hotel is well situated just off the UDL with easy access to public transport. I would consider staying again but the noise disturbance was an issue.

Always a reliable option with a Westin hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful and hotel was convenient, clean and rooms were very comfortable. I would stay here again.

This is our first time staying here, our room was nice and the hotel staff were very nice. We loved the hotel’s location, it is convenient to places we interested to visit. The hotel’s gym and sauna could use a little improvement in our opinion
