High class central hotel

High class hotel in the best part of Berlin. Central to everywhere you’d want as a tourist. Great bar service. Beautiful rims with super comfortable bed. Honestly a really great place to stay.

The staff at the Western Grand Berlín is fabulous. The location and property are really good also. Two things that prevent an “excellent” rating: 1) Next to no drawer space in the rooms. 2) and incredibly irritating motion-sensor light in the bathroom, that can’t be disconnected. If forces you into light if you enter the bathroom in the middle of the night (and want to stay in the dark to make it easier to get back to sleep) and the or goes off after ten seconds, only to snap back on at the slightest movements. Ok, yes, these are small problems, but it’s the small things that distinguish an excellent hotel stay from a good one. All said, however, I would stay here again.

Great Hotel

From start to finish, the service from all the amazingly friendly staff was excellent. I had a deluxe room with garden view and it superb. It was also a great location for everything I wanted to do whilst there. Would definitely stay again.
