Staff were great, only issues were the loud construction that starts at 6am everyday and woke us up, and the AC machine turns on and off and it is very very loud which woke us up throughout the night as well. Very good location which is why we stay here often.

The room was good. There is a fundamental issue with the glass shower door being too high. Water from a shower continually leaks out as a result of gap. Other than that the room was clean, large, and had a small fridge which came in handy.

The receptionist when we check in was very nice and respectful. The room was spacious but, was not very clean, it has a lot of dust and also we found out that our bed was made, but when we open the sheets we found some tissues that probably we left the night before. We like a lot the coffee maker at the lobby because has a lot of beverage options. We also like that the hotel lent us umbrellas to go out in the pouring rain. The check out was very smooth.

There were problems with the elevators, when we arrived we had to use the service elevator that was very dirty. Every day there was problem with the elevators. Many times we had to use the emergence stair to go outside through construction areas. The staff did not do much to help the clients. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone else. Thank you
