Everyone was super helpful and the connecting mall was nice. We had a drink and app outside and the service was excellent. The only thing i can think of was there was no ice machine on our floor, it was an empty closet. I could have called down to the front desk but i didn't. But we loved it and our daughter didn't want to leave so we will definitely beback!

The elevators were the only issue we had during our stay. 1 elevator was out and the others were slow. Which meant there were long lines and long waits to get to your rooms.

An unexpected accident made us to cancel our trip. We booked three nights (prepaid) and called the property immediately on the first night. The policy we received by text when booking was to charge up to 34% of booking fee. However, the property charged us the whole booking and zero refund.
