I was very disappointed with the breakfast that was tasteless. Items that should have been cold was hot and those that should have been hot was cold. The when we were about to leave, we realized that both elevators were out of service. We had to manually carry our luggage down 3 flights of stairs. Very disappointed.

Thanks to the wonderful staff, especially at reception who have been consistently cheerful, helpful and accommodating - shout out to Linda who is exceptional! I have had to spend many weeks at the hotel on a number of occasions and I'm so impressed with the level of care and attention to details. And an additional bonus - they have free indoor parking!

Loved the underground parking. Room was nicer than other local hotels. Room was also more quit (outside road noise) then other local hotels. Overall, the next time I come here for work, I will choose this hotel again.

New, clean, pretty hotel

Best feature was the free, secure, parking garage (tight space, though) with a unique free self car wash bay. Much appreciated in winter! Tiny pool but nice. Lovely work out room. Pretty good breakfast. Nice decor and we appreciated a newer, very clean hotel and room. Comfortable beds. Staff were friendly. Best quality for lower price in all of Montreal that I saw. Very pleased.

Nice surprise finding this location. Location was good for everything we wanted to do. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Lots of space in the room for 4 (2 adults, 2 teens)
