The customer service was really good, it's a great place to go with your family, i was really confortable. I am not giving 5 stars, just because the cleaness of the room was not the best (i am really picky) but it was really acceptable. Overall, i can say that it's worth it and i would go back again!

I stayed just for one night, but it was a great experience overall. The room was spacious and very clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus. Would consider staying here again!

Extremely Noisy 😔

Have to be honest, we were looking forward to our stay here having stayed in some Marriott equivalents on our holiday but definitely wouldn't stay here again. The room itself was a good size and nice and clean. There were some useful amenities, including an induction hob, but you had to ask reception for pots and pans if you actually wanted to cook anything which i found weird. Upon arriving in the room we spotted complimentary ear plugs by the bed, which should have indicated what was to come. Firstly, whenever any other door was closed along the corridor, it reverberated in to the room, which was fun at 2am. But the worst thing about the room was the road noise. There was zero soundproofing, in fact it was as if we the window open. This meant the 24/7 road noise just flooded in to the room which made it difficult to sleep. The bed was ok but the sheets were useless, the duvet style sheet didn't fully cover the bed which made it awkward for 2 people trying to stay warm and the thick top sheet just kept sliding off the bed. Cant speak for the included breakfast as we didn't sleep well enough through the night to be up and have the energy to go for it. Definitely overpaid for this accommodation

Hotel had everything we needed, full kitchen in the room, free car wash & car charger under ground parking. Pool had life jackets & toys for the kids. Breakfast was amazing! Just overall a great experience.

I loved almost every thing about this hotel; staff behavior, clean and lovely room and amenities, professional interior design, breakfast & etc. The only improvements I suggest are: 1. providing hair conditioner in the room bath, 2. moving the breakfast cabins closer to wall, so there would be more space for walking and taking food. I enjoyed staying there, thanks to staff and management.

McDonald’s coffee and thrift stores close by. - seriously, check out the thrifting! Stayed at another hotel as we missed our flight and it was HORRIBLE compared to this hotel. If I return to Montreal, I would hands-down book this hotel again. Our room was really quiet which I appreciated. The housekeeping staff were so nice and the front desk staff were so nice and very accommodating. The front desk staff recommended some local tourist attractions and we went to one of the spas based on their suggestion and it was great! If you are reading reviews as a first time traveller to Montreal, book this place. I stayed at another hotel for one night that had excellent ratings and it was awful compared to this hotel. Thank you so much, I will be back. 5 stars!
