The property is located in a vibrant area of Montreal and close to McGill University. The room was comfortable but walls are very thin and could hear both street noise and noise from the next room. We had booked two rooms for an extended family vacation and asked for adjoining rooms. Our request was not accommodated despite requesting two times via Expedia messages prior to our arrival. In addition, front desk staff not very helpful.

Received multiple phone calls and notes under my door, requesting me to come to the front desk and re-scan my credit card for incidentals. My card was scanned at check-in with no issue. After a subsequent phone call a day later I went downstairs to address the issue and they told me everything was fine with my card and not to worry. The next two days I received two separate notes under my door requesting me now again come back down to reception to re-scan my credit card. Additionally, the room service availability and times is difficult with limited offering. I arrived at 9:45 PM and was told the kitchen was closed. The only thing available was a salad or sandwich.
